If you need tires then this is the place in middle Tennessee. I've bought 4 sets of tires on 4 different vehicles and Josh has helped me get in and get out with peace of mind. I've always been a michelin man but thanks to Josh knowing consumer reports this time I trusted him for Yokohama tires. What a great tire but even better what A GREAT BUSINESS that still believes in caring about the customer first and profits second.
I have used these guys for years. And to this day they still treat me with the best service. Highly recommend. Best in town.
Replaced my starter a few months ago with them. Car broke down over the weekend and had it towed to their shop. Within a few hours on Monday I got a call that the starter had failed and they had it replaced under warranty. I would recommend them for any work needing to be done on a car. Quick and honest about the work being done.
Anytime I go to Gateway it is a pleasant experience, great customer service and service, I also feel I can trust them, and they are not just trying to sell me something I do not need. I would recommend Gateway to any of my friends and family.
Had a minor immediate repair need on my way to Nashville. Front end began to vibrate and squeal. Well, pulled into Columbia, TN and got directed by a competitor to Gateway. Just walking in the door, I knew it was gonna be a good experience. Greeted by a pleasant staff member who listened to my issue. The establishment is clean, neat and maintained. Wouldnt buy a tire there for nothing! I called and ask about the price for nitrogen in my tires. I was told nothing when i called. Ask twice are you sure about that. I went to the counter where i explained what i was told. The manager gave me a awful face. A guy at the counter said nothing if we topped off the nitrogen or 5 dollars a tire. The manager then asked if i was a regular customer there. I have bought tires from them in past but not the set i have on now. Awesome people here. They treat you like family. They have our business for life.
People are nice but it is always a several hour wait if you can't leave your car.
