"SCAMMERS RICARDO TULIAO & KUMAR" One year before I started process of Care assistant job work visa UK with them and paid 80% of amount in advance on 9th November 2022 . Still now nothing happend. A deceitful, dishonest, double-dealing person and an absolute scammer Ricardo Tuliao! This person took my money 1,900 sterling pound. He gave me false Visa appointment three times. And promised me for a money withdrawal but it didnt happen!Its been more than one year I am waiting
Rick Tuliao was very helpful and responsive until we asked for our IHS refund that has been transferred back to him. It’s been more than year since the refund has been transferred by IHS and they haven’t communicated with us, also not answering phone calls.
