Terrible phone manners. Because of a glass shortage they won't supply but will supply and fit. The volume of glass is the same either way!
Called in to see if they could supply a small pane of patterned glass immediately; I was kindly looked after. They found a suitable piece, cut it to size and even added a spare piece in case of breakage or problems. A fair price too; I'll use these again.
I had a good experience ordering a large piece of toughtened glass, which was made precisely to drawing, when promised and for a reasonable price. I think Gateshead Glass is primarily aimed at commercial clients but as a retail customer my experience was just fine.
