We are extremely disappointed with the way this practice has treated us and our dog. We requested our dog’s X-ray which we just done and paid £500 , which we are legally entitled to, and were met with resistance. When we eventually did receive the records, we were given notice that our dog was being removed from the practice completely – all because we wanted a second opinion. This is absolutely unacceptable. Short notice appointment for a Dog on Holiday. Managed to get an appointment despite not being registered as my Greyhound had injured himself badly, they also managed to agree a second appointment on a Saturday morning as still not well. Cost very reasonable and parking outside.
