This is a negative review that’s two years late. After living in Gatehouse for two years, we moved out in 2023. The check-out and deposit-return process was extremely unpleasant: we had to file for arbitration through the DPS and ultimately won. Gatehouse originally wanted to deduct more than £1,200 from our deposit; in the end we only had to pay a little over £300. During the two years we lived there, the Gatehouse staff were fairly OK, but in the last three months before we moved out they completely changed their attitude.... read more
I’ve lived at Gatehouse for 2 years, Erin is always very helpful and lovely to talk to. Very pleasant experience!
Erin and Katie are so energetic and always take care of the residents. Nick is cheerful and helpful with anything we need :)
Gatehouse is a lovely apartment building, Erin and Katie very helpful and friendly, i would highly recommend it and they are brilliant to work with.
