Lifts constantly broken, especially on move in and out days. Try carrying an entire flat's contents down 6 flights of stairs in the boiling heat! Flats unbearably hot no matter the weather outside. Temperamental kitchen appliances, including inconsistent water temperature from sinks and ovens which decide getting hot is against their design protocol!
The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The staff was friendly and responsive, always available to assist with any needs. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transport links. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
Amazing place to stay. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the university. The communal spaces are a great place to meet new people, and the building feels safe and secure with excellent facilities like a gym and study areas.
Staff and maintenance team are really helpful. Facilities are really good. Rooms are modern and well kept. Really good location as close to everything you’d need like bus stops, shops, train station etc. Everywhere is kept clean like gym, hallways, laundry room. Never had any issues here. Would reccomend.
