Today is the last day of our 13 day tour of Costa Rica, and one of the best tours we've experienced. This is our second tour with Gate 1 and it will be the first place we check for our next. It was a fabulous trip! Words cannot describe the high esteem we have for our tour guide Edgardo Hildago. He's truly a gem. He kept us entertained and on time, and the time in between stops flew by. Amazing travel
I took an 8 day trip to Europe (Paris & Rome) from New York, December 10th-17th 2014. It was amazing! Met a nice group of travelers who were traveling on the same trip from Gate 1. Found out one of them were family through marriage(Detroit). We all had a fantastic time. I would recommend that some how those that are traveling on the same trip could have some type of forum or email exchange before hand to meet one another. It was great meeting another group there. We went sightseeing together, dinner, etc as a group.
Gate 1 does a wonderful job planning and executing tours. They also work closely with the local communities when planning their tours. Can't wait for my next Gate 1 tour!
Gate 1 was excellent. Our trip to Thailand was the greatest. Hotels. Food. ..tour guide. (Kit) was the best. Can't wait to shop for our next trip.
I've taken three trips with Gate 1 (England/Scotland, Greece, Estonia/Latvia/Lithuania/Poland). All of these trips were simply amazing! Gate 1 makes it easy and affordable to travel to places you've always wanted to go! Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company. Can't wait for our next trip this fall!!
