RecommendedTraveled for the first time with Gate 1 recently (to Italy) and they were awesome! They went above and beyond all other tour companies we have traveled with! Our tour manager was the best we've ever had and we greatly appreciated how well organized every day of the trip was, how close hotels were to the historical sites, and how much was provided with the package!
I have recently been on my 1st Gate 1 Tour-13 Days Thailand The tour was great and our Tour Guide KIT was absolutely phenomenal. Very patient and infornative.
I loved the Gate 1 Tour we just returned from, the 13 Day Western Canadian Rockies with our Amazing Tour Guide, Gary Malkowich and great bus driver Derek. We had an amazing group of people and the Destination itself, took our breath away. Our Guide, Gary, was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of Canadian History, Geography, anything we asked he pretty much knew. I cannot tell you how we enjoyed this tour and thank Gate 1, Gary and Derek for this amazing lifetime experience.
Great company that made my vacation special. Our tour guide in Italy was top notch (Suzanna) and she worked tirelessly to ensure that any problem with any guest was quickly resolved. Most negative reviews seem to be around not getting refunds for cancelled trips where people didn't purchase insurance. Not sure why that is this company's fault, but oh well. I loved travelling with them!!
I’ve done 6 trips with them and they are my go-to company. They are reasonably priced and always meet expectations. My last trip was particularly noteworthy with a very good guide.
Price, quality of hotels and tours and the dedication of staff.
I just finished a tour (Italy 9 days) and it was amazing! Andrea, our tour guide, went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend them, and I am looking forward to using them again in the future!
