Recently sold with Gascoines in Ravenshead. I'd very much like to say that: 1. Luke very much knows his market, FAR more accurate than the other estate agents who quoted. 2. The value and service in terms of marketing were excellent, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gascoines for marketing of property. 3. The whole team are friendly and helpful. This estate agent went over and above with a brilliant service for a very difficult and lengthy house sale. Both Luke and Danielle did an amazing job for us with a happy ending and I would recommend the service to anyone.
We recently sold and purchased through Gascoines and they were amazing. Danielle mainly looked after us and she was wonderful but nothing was too much trouble for any of them! Amazing service and I would recommend to anyone!
I have been so happy with the service received from Gascoines over the past eight months. A buyer dropping out of the chain was quickly resolved and at all times their communications have been timely and focussed.
