As a long term landlord I had been sceptical about changing agents in the current market. A friend and fellow investor suggested that as Charlotte had returned managing the lettings team I should enquire. The details on the lettings pack and online marketing surpassed my expectations. We recently rented a property through the Horsham branch. Our contact was with their senior head of letting Harjit Sahara. We found him to be professional, courteous and very efficient during the process .
