Rowan and Katie have shown to me how great estate agents can be. They weren't acting for me as the seller but could not have been more helpful nor professional to me as the buyer. I would highly recommend Gascoigne-Pees Godalming above other EAs on the high street.
I’m really disappointed with the level of service provided by this letting agency. There’s a complete lack of follow-up or communication, and when you finally manage to get in touch, the responses are brief, unclear, and not helpful. It's clear there’s a lack of competence and experience within the team. I should have known the minute I stepped into the rental – and it smelt like mould, oven was dirty, carpets had a thick layer of dust and the agent still had the audacity to say it’s been deep cleaned.
Been a super smooth process to rent a new home with Kristian from GP’s, professional and friendly process right from viewing to moving in and ironing out any hiccups along the way too!
We have struggled on numerous occasions to contact this agent, my wife tried to contact them several times with no answer, I realised why the other day, as I passed their office during their stated opening hours and the office was closed! Not good!
