Saw a flat, with what looked like massive blood and other stains all over the carpet which had rips all over in terrible condition, asked if the carpet and other cosmetic painting and bits be done, landlord refused apparently very rude landlord so refused to sign, if landlord is this difficult at the beginning what's he going to be like when you're stuck in a contract, therfore lost my deposit 🤬
