Hi all, today I brought home Harry Hyundai. Harry is a 2016 Hyundai Elantra . I am so excited! Antonio, Glenn, Ed, Jason and Gary Rome himself, at Gary Rome Hyundai in Holyoke, treated me with the utmost respect. They put up with my constant questions and most importantly, my weird sense of humor. I even got to meet Jack the dog! By the way Glenn, the Bluetooth works great. Thank you all so much!

Just replaced all four tires on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra for the third time. Even though I was in the Tires for Life program Gary Rome, the Tires for Life program, and the tire manufacturer refused to replace my tires for free. Something is wrong with this picture.
A warm welcome from Isreal Arce into Gary Romes dealership, and the thoughtfulness and kindness . As he turnd me over to John Linnehan, because he left for the weekend, he was sure to leave me in great hands. He did everything he could to get me into the vehicle I wanted with the prices I wanted. Pretended to diagnose my car (said it was just a battery, even after the tow guy told me it wasn't and I told them this as well) to hurry and get my car off the lot before a incoming snow storm, which left my stranded in the snow storm. No apology , no call back from Gary Rome after multiple messages were left . Nothing. Bad , shady business.
I still have my Black Gary Rome 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited! It's been a great car! Of course a shout out Thank You to my brother in law Ed Bourbeau for putting the deal together. :)
