Sales manager was rude. Went to columbia and bought our cars. Service department will not answer the phone. After 5 minutes of ringing I gave up.

Hey David, nearly all of Jefferson City has been affected by a Centurylink fiber outage this morning, and many local businesses are without phone and internet services, including our stores. Unfortunately your calls are failing to come into the store because of that. I am sure service will be restored soon. I hope that helps.
I have been a customer of Pride for a number of years, always a great experience. However, after my last experience, unfortunately I think I need to take my business elsewhere. I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe and a 2021 Kona within two weeks of each other. After a problem with my Santa Fe, I wrote them to try and resolve the issue.
