Before I went to Gary Rome I went to 2 other dealships in the area and Gary Rome was by far the best experience I had! I never felt "pressured" to buy a car like I did in the other places. John answered all my questions and eased me into the car buying process as this was my first car purchase. I'm in love with my new car and he helped that happen fast and easy!!! Just Bought a Santa Fe yesterday. I was impressed, all the staff were extremely friendly, and not pushy at all. Brought the car home, and the rear breaks ended up being bad. I called today and they got me right in, gave me a loner and had the car running like New within hours. I was able to pick it up fixed, with a sticker and my registration done. Patrick in the service department was great! I also would like to add the children's area is great! Kept my littles occupied while mommy delt with boring paper work.
Today I went to Gary Rome to have screws installed in my old car as well as to schedule an appointment to have the brake system inspected. Sarah helped me to have everything I needed the same day with courtesy and kindness. I forgot to order the bolt and Jose Rivera provided everything needed to have my old car ready to be in the road today. Israel Arce took a few minutes to make sure the screws were installed correctly and that the car was going to be safe to drive. All of them team up to help me and I really felt special. ... read more
Gary Rome Hyundai is the first dealer that I have had my cars serviced at consistently. For a dealer, there prices are reasonable, very good customer service, and I have had great luck with the 2007 Sonata I bought from Gary and now my 2015 Elantra. Hyundai has come a long way over the years in a good way. The employees at Gary Rome that I have dealt with are great people. Give them a raise Gary, but not at my expense...ha ha.

Attended their free car show. Had a blast as always. Had my oil changed and guys and girls were all over the car. Admiring it and of course that made happy. Fast in and out.
