We feel that the appearance of the showroom and staff were exceptional. They certainly do cater to you as they have beverages and fruit for the taking while you wait for your car or simply need something while dealing with the employee. Jesse was knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. We felt he was upfront with us regarding the purchase of our car. He was very patient with us as we had lots of questions and wanted to see a number of cars. He went out of his way to make our experience pleasant.
This place is terrible. I went there with a friend who made an appointment for one thing and they are so damn pushy about u getting other services. If a customer tells u that they can't afford all the extra stuff then I don't think you should be pushy and try to get them to spend more money on whatever is being offered. I understand that car maintenance is important but again, don't be so pushy and try to convince people to get other things done on the car. It's ridiculous! 😒😡
My husband and I went in on Sunday just to take a peek and see what they had to offer. I own a sonata. We only had one car in mind but unfortunately payments were not going to make out. So Jessie was awesome and helped us out and got my husband into an Elantra! Cant thank Jessie enough for his time and patience in helping us. I recommend anybody to go to Gary Rome and check it out! Not to mention the new building is beautiful!
