Worst service over 2 hours for an oil change I was better off doing it myself.
I was looking for a new vehicle, and once again Gary Rome Hyundai did not disappoint. I found the right car at a great price thanks to the expert assistance of John Linnehan. Not only did I find the perfect car, but Mr. Linnehan handled all, and I mean all, of the tedious paperwork. Then he gave me a tour of their new facility complete with the latest in energy efficiency: solar panels, energy efficient light bulbs, recycled oil that heats the building. I went for my first oil change yesterday and as always, left feeling happy. It goes without saying that your team gets the big stuff right, but what makes me happy is the little stuff you consistently get right too. The thank you's, pride and excellent care continue to amaze me. The staff at Gary Rome really go out of their way to please their clientele. In no way were we pressured at all. A very pleasant experience!
