Worse service department I’ve ever been to. Save your time and money and take it somewhere else to someone who cares about you, the customer.
One of the worst dealerships I have ever had to work with. Won't help you with anything unless you pay even though you just bought the car last year. Over priced on services. They are the reason I will never buy a Dodge, jeep, or Chrysler ever again. Do not use this dealership
They sell you a Jeep with defective rear deferential, tell you they'll fix it, keep it for over a week and won't return your calls. Buyer beware!!!

Landon Matthews and Brian Cope are the most amazing 2 guys to work with. We have bought several cars from them. They have worked hard for us each time. They treated us like family. Great people.
I have no idea if the buying process is decent at Gary Mathews. What I can say is there is no way I will ever find out solely because of the service department, specifically the employee Mike. He has the most unbearable service attitude I have experienced in quite some time. He is apparently unknowledgeable about any of the processes around him, rendering him completely useless if you actually need help!
Even though I didn't purchase my Camry from them. The service dept is excellent and the staff are always very helpful and professional. Great experience builds a loyal customer. Thanks for repairing my tire at no cost.
I just got my new 2018 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk this week. they gave me a super great deal and a ton for my trade in truck. Rich was very helpful and got me into my Jeep fast. I would recommend going here to get your next Jeep
