Well we me and my husband was not going buy a car just looking.. So I told the sale department that I'm picky what I want in a car I told them I wanted heated seats , camera back ,heated steel wheel and your wheel drive .. So the sale guy Joshua Mann went to his computer pick a jeep Cherokee 4wheel drive elatitude with everything ask and he work with price range. So services was wonderful and stress free. Brought my Jeep to them to be fixed from an accident, thinking I was taking it to the “expert” since Gary Mathews is a Jeep dealership. Yeah not making that mistake again. Picked my Jeep up and it was not fixed properly, then manager wanted to argue with me about concerns and customer satisfaction issues I presented to him. From buying a vehicle with Gary Matthews to getting service done by Gary Matthews I would not recommend them!
I have always been pleased with the service every time I've brought my Jeep in. Just recently I had to visit the collision Dept. and they were very detailed in repairing things that could have gone undetected, and I received my vehicle back on the scheduled date looking good as new!! I would definitely recommend them!
We just got our first new car. Thanks Greg Rhodes for the help and for making it a really positive experience. No fuss, no nonsense, and we got exactly what we wanted at a price we can afford. Great deal and great dealership. We couldn't be happier.
