If I could give 0 stars I would. I traded in a vehicle 2 months ago and the loan still hasn’t been paid off by them and every time I call I get hung up on or lied to. They are all assholes there and just rush you off the phone.
Yesterday I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo! Beautiful vehicle at an outstanding price. Theo was a wonderful salesperson to work with and Melody with the finance department took care of everything! It was an all-around OUTSTANDING experience! And my husband loved the popcorn! We would recommend this business to anyone!
My oil change was seventeen minutes. And they showed me where they topped off my fluids. I have had my car for four years and they are the only place I take my dodge. I appreciate the respect they gave me after having made a complaint this winter. They definitely righted their wrong.

Friends stay away from this place, go to Nashville. They will sell you a car in a heartbeat but getting warranty and recalls (customer service) is painful. Not the first time or first vehicle I am leaving with (from the service department) unsatisfied. For today: Made airbag recall appt weeks ago and they did not have the parts or courtesy to call let me know. Stay away from here, add to post they also damaged the dash around the air bag on passenger side.
Great service appointment. Clear communication, fast work, fair price. When washing the car, they even did the insides of the door frames! I would recommend this business very highly without reservation.
