Sold me a car that seemed alright at first, then got a motor knock a couple days later. Then noticed a run in the paint where damage had been fixed and it has panels that keep coming loose in the hatch. Guess it was previously wrecked. Told one of my salesmen about it and he seemed like he didn't care and went back inside. Then I called the other salesman and he said he would talk to the manager and call back in 15 minutes, it's the next day.... Still nothing....

My husband and I recently purchased 2 vehicles here. Justin was our salesman, and he was great! We went to other dealerships but Gary Mathews gave us the best deal (by far!). I would definitely do business with Justin and this Gary Mathews dealership again!!

I am very upset with everything about this place . If you are looking for a new car or truck keep driving pass this dealer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't even want to give them one star.

Made a deal to purchase a Hellcat. Mr. Mathews (Owner), himself, approved the deal. Came back a couple days later to close on it and was told the President had taken the deal off the table. Said we should have bought it when we had the chance from Mr. Mathews, but he (Pres.) wanted more money. What a sorry way to run a business!

Stay away from this used car lot, you are just another (purchased a lemon) number. I recommend driving a good distance away to get a good deal like Jones Chrysler Jeep of Savannah (purchased a wonderful problem free Jeep) Tn or David Taylor of Murray Ky (where they are open on Saturday’s for maintenance). You’ll thank your wallet for doing so.

I bought a car from Gary Mathews Motors in June 2014. Since then, I have been repeatedly called and asked about trading it in, buying a new car, etc., on weekends, nights, and holidays. I asked multiple times to be removed from their lists with no results. They claim that they want to "keep the customer relationship", but the customer has asked for a more distant relationship! I will not purchase another vehicle from them again.
