I dropped my car off @9:00am to the service dept. I was very reluctant because of past service but went ahead and did so being its the only Chrysler dealer in Clarksville. I waited to be greeted. I had an appt at 9:30 ,he proceeded to say they might be able to get the diagnostic done by today. I got the chance to work with William Simpson on finding my newest car. Not only did he find me a car in my price range, he also found me one with extremely low mileage. He literally did everything in his power to make sure I left with a car the same day I came in. He was very timely, efficient, and just a generally nice guy.
