We just got our service dine here for our Jeep. Anthony was a wonderful representative to work with. They were so fast, too! I was dreading getting the work done, but they made it quick and easy. I would definitely go back.

Yesterday 5/29/17 I went to Gary Matthews motors and spoke with a great salesman chip about getting out of my GMC lease. Chip was very quick to recognize my dilemma and was able to walk me through the process of getting out of my lease unfortunately I did not buy a vehicle with Chip but I would highly recommend anybody looking for a vehicle to go see Chip at Gary Matthews motors. Super painless, minus the money pay lol. Extremely courteous, and prompt with answers to all of my questions! We were actually there an hour and a half after closing, on a Saturday while they worked their magic, because i work 7 days a week. I think they should give s wa ag for new vehicle purchases though

With Reservations.... Extremely Dissapointed in my last Service Call. Tried to set an Appointment to Replace a Broken Windshield Washer Nozzle. Told they were booked for the next 2 Weeks. Truck under Warranty. Told it would be a 1 hr Diagnostic Plus Labor. WTF. Bought replacement Nozzle and Replaced it in 10 min. Not a good way to keep a Customer. Obviously could have been done by the Fast Lane.
Always have a great experience with car maintenance here, staff are friendly and things get done quickly
outstanding job well done. Paul was outstanding love that guy.
