Service department open on Saturdays for everything except recalls I guess, was told not enough technicians, can't help but think if I had a problem with my vehicle that I had to pay for they would get me in, came to this dealer in the past because of poor service from another Dodge dealer, starting to think it's just Dodge, seems there's quite a few complaints on reviews here, and no one seems concerned enough to answer them. Says alot
My wife and I were trying to trade in our gas guzzling vehicle for something a little more economic. We had negative equity that other dealers were unwilling to work with. STEVE and Jeremy stayed late with us after closing to ensure we got the vehicle we needed at the price we needed and he got us out of that gas guzzling truck and got us into a brand new beautiful Jeep Cherokee. I would recommend to any one who is buying a new vehicle to come in and see Steve for your next vehicle.

I bought a Jeep on May 24 and was promised a spare tire kit. It's now July 17th and I still don't have one. Now I'm told it will be September. Keep getting the run around.
If I could leave a negative number I would. My vehicle has been in the service center since Thursday For a alternator. They do not care about trying to get a rental car to a almost 10 month pregnant woman. And they like to lie about who they have called. I will NEVER bring a vehicle back here to get worked on or buy one from here because of the bad service.

This was the best car buying experience ever. Bought the car I wanted on the internet. It had all the features that I wanted from the factory, and all the additional features that I had requested plus a full tank of gas. Giovani Torrey was a great guy to work with. We were in and out in less than 3 hours and that included the time he took to explain the features of our new Ram 2500HD. Other salesmen when asked questions about features said "I don't know". Bought a truck and was told it had everything I wanted on it and come to find out it does not and they won’t make it right. Took it back to get the side steps put on and the windows tinted as they promised and get home to find a ding on the door down to the metal and bubbles in the tint job. Take it back to get the ding fixed and now I have wavy paint with runs in it on my door. � DO NOT go to Gary Mathews
