Service department!! had issues with the servicing / warranty of my vehicle !🤬🤬🤬WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!Deftly not customer friendly Just there to sell you overpriced parts and service Period. I will be taking my vehicle that I bought from Gary matthews motors somewhere else for service.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Gary Matthews Motors iTeam and have yet been disappointed!! John Knack has always been patient with our family, our needs, and our wants in a vehicle when ever I would connect with him about purchasing a vehicle! We went to look at a used truck and were very unhappy with the service. At least two salesmen were right outside the door smoking and just watched us. Once a salesman helped us, the truck had beer cans in the bed and smelled like cigarettes. There were cigarette butts in the ashtray, and it appeared they hadn't bothered to clean the cabin before showing it for sale. Terrible service and they DO NOT work well with military!!! Screwed us over and salesman Steve Gregory lied to us about Tennessee no tax laws for military. The dealership would not even work out a deal with us and took advantage of us. Will not buy from here ever again.

This place is a joke don’t go here because we got a car from them back in March. We asked if it had been in any accidents or anything and he acted shady well we are trying to get a different car at another dealer and it turns out it was in a wreck and now it’s not worth as much so thanks for taking an advantage on us. It was our second car financing and you screwed us over and we also got a free oil change and they didn’t put the cap back on so we leaked oil all the way home and they made us come all the way back to fix thei... read more
