Very reputable, locally owned dealership. They are good, honest people who will treat you right. They hve an enormous selection of new and previously owned vehicles, and their service department is very reliable. Mr. Adam Ellithorpe, Manager, is a very friendly, nice man who is always truthful and easy to work with.
We purchased a used 2009 chevy cobalt from them. We had purchased it to help a friend out. We payed $3,800.00 for it. Our friend had it for 2 weeks and noticed the transmission slipping. We picked it up and took it to get looked at and discovered the transmission was dying. We contacted Gary Matthews Motors about it. They told us to have it towed to a garage of their choice. RecommendedOver the top thank you to William Simpson...He treats my family like we are part of his. Sure, you drop off truck early to have a sensor replaced. Then you get your baby back not only washed, but detailed!! That is beyond expectations!!
At the beginning the salesman that helped me was super helpful and polite. i bought a used truck from them and everything went smooth and fast, and i was happy about my purchase. less then a week later my check engine light came on, so i took it back and left it with them over a week, come to find out my egr cooler was having trouble. so they told me they would get it fixed. after i picked it up everything went good for about 2 weeks then my engine light came back on and i didn't want to drive over 2 hours back to the dealer... read more
Complete garbage sold me a new vehicle with an open safety recall and told me it was already complete. Almost caused an accident. When I called to ask about it they got an attitude as if it was my fault. Worst buying experience ever.
