Horrendous appointment system, rude call taker, purposefully making it difficult for honest hard-working people to make an appointment with a GP/AP which taxpayers pay for. I called up to make an appointment for my partner, was told how to make an appointment, i.e they are released daily. But when I pointed out how challenging that can be to work around, I was told that people 'should not miss appointments then' - or words to that effect. The worst GP ever. You can never get an appointment. 2 good doctors but if you can’t get them, then you’re stuck with the others who have no clue what you have. Until you’re on your deathbed then they’ll listen to you. One friend was told they were okay, time after time till they threw up blood and even then they said to wait for an appointment, the appointment came and they found out they had stage 4 cancer. Literally the worst place. Glad I’ve moved from them.

I have been looked after by this practice since 1958. First class. Extremely professional doctors and staff. This has been so through changes of location and staff. Bless you. Garthdee practice.
