Last review over a year ago so decided to write an updated one. No improvements have been made here. You are told to make an appointment for follow-up by the GP and yet you cannot book one. You spend days or even weeks trying at 8am for on the day, 11am for the next day or you try your luck by trying multiple times to see if there are cancellations in the hope you get lucky. I can’t even say how much I recommend NOT GOING WITH THIS PRACTICE I spent months attempting to book appointments for tests, being batted between the hospitals receptionist and the GP while trying to get ahold of medication, I then ended up going through other services to do so as the GP couldn’t find the note asking for my tests. And even once I had my tests done and was confirmed for the medication it turned out they had my prescription for at least a full MONTH without informing me. Last appointments I had (2025) all good. Waiting time no problem, everyone was nice and professional.
One of the worst practices I have ever seen, my experience with them is horrible , always no appointments with GPs, delay and mistakes in prescribing
Had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time which isn't ideal when you aren't feeling well, but my practioner couldn't have been more understanding and compassionate. She really made me feel heard and did help a lot. I phoned at 3pm and managed to get a sameday appointment at 4:30pm.
