Food was amazing and the service was amazing will make another trip here !
Very good food and service. The bangers and mash are excellent, along with the scotch eggs. Very nice drink selection also. Recommend the Johnny Jump Up cider
Had a very enjoyable and tasty lunch time meal. Son had Fish and Chips with 2 pints of Smithwicks, he said the fish was crispy with the skin on which he said was a neat presentation, said the "chips" were also cripy and yum. I had the Shepherds Pie with a Magners Cider. The family recipe was filled with great flavor, small chunks of veggies Yum! Would definitely visit again on next trip.
The Beef stew had the most tender meat I've ever ate! We enjoyed everything. Will definitely visit again.
The crab an Red pepper bisque was outstanding. Liked the atmosphere also
Great service. ..we came back after a couple years. It was good to see the same faces. Staff was friendly to us and treated each other like family...family that cares for each other. We tried new food, new brew, and was pleased to see the new decor. Our family has Irish ancestry, and coming to this cozy place feels like we are experiencing some great food in a special place that is uniquely Irish. Thanks for a great time!
Enjoyed food and atmosphere! Our waiter was knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with!! Will definitely go back when I am in Gettysburg again!!! I highly recommend it!
We go there at least once every time we go to Gettysburg. We live their scotch eggs and they make the best roasted red pepper and crab bisque. I highly recommend it.
What a pleasant little surprise - a confirmation that appearances can deceive. We were a little hesitant at first, due to the appearance of a few patrons outside smoking, but once inside we warmed up to the place. The bar had a great collection of Irish whiskeys, and the bartender did a great job of describing them, based upon those she poured for me.
