I was on cloud nine eating our late dinner after waiting all day to eat. Half a chicken smoked perfectly and not dry for one bite. The best chicken I’ve EVER had any where! The ribs were really! Much better than the other places in town. This is my new spot for tibs.
My husband placed an order for a large rib tips and two different sides. When he got home, we discovered they had given him ribs, not tips, and a duplicate side. He has tried calling 3 times to at least notify them of the error, but this has been in vain. They are neither answering or allowing messages. As business owners ourselves, this is just rude and unacceptable. Human error is forgiveable, but bad customer service is not. We will not be back, but wish them the best.
