I work up Saturday morning to a dead AC and weather forecast for 100 degrees. I had great service for Garner before so I left a message expecting to hear from them on Monday. Jordan quickly responded to to our call for an AC problem. He troubleshot the problem and explained the reason in clearly and in full detail. Three days later he installed a new AC system in less than 3 hours. He was very courteous and competent. We have used Garner in the past and will certainly use them in the future!

My banks heater and AC wasn't working, it was frozen solid...I called Garner and Doug came out to the branch and diagnosed the problem within minutes. Gave me an estimate, the next day the 3 technicians were here installing the new systems. They were they nicest guys, they cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to work the new thermostat. Good thing too, tomorrow it's supposed to sleet. So glad I called Garner and not anyone else. Great company, very professional and FAST! Thanks for making the bank warm again!
