Initially spoke with Mrs. Garner regarding my A/C issues. It was Friday morning. I had family flying in from Pennsylvania for the weekend. Mrs. Garner dispatched Max immediately. Max determined that my A/C unit needed replaced. However due to my issues involving family coming from out of town, Max repaired my A/C unit to get me through the weekend. Ryan was outstanding in the diagnosis and repair of our AC this past Saturday. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He saved us a very expensive repair by checking to see if our AC was still in the manufacturer's warranty which it was. Many thanks again to Ryan and Garner Heating & AC for getting our system going again so quickly on the weekend especially with the Texas summer heat. Great service at fair price! They are definitely my go to company for heating & AC.
