Great overall furnace repair - From the initial phone call (Celeste) to the dispatch (Arrived in an hour - Ryan) Diagnostic to parts order to repair. I used Youtube to a point, but when high voltage came into the picture I called the professionals. Thanks Ryan for fixing my furnace before Thanksgiving!
I always get good service from Garner Heating and Air Conditioning but today's service call with Ryan Peterson went above and beyond - he made sure to tell me everything that would be checked and serviced and did preventative maintenance that ensured I would not have future issues. I appreciate the attention to detail and the concern for customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
Don did an excellent job in explaining the problem we were having and the solution in “Lehman” terms. He went above and beyond to save us time and money as well. Great team at Garner from Celeste to Doug and Karen. They all took care of us like we were part of the family.

Don just left our house about an hour ago after fixing, in less than hour, what another company said there was nothing wrong with (that company had had been out three times in the last week and said our house was fine even though we had 70% humidity in the house!)
