Excellent service! I’ve been a customer for over a decade and we just replaced our heating and AC unit. We had additional return air ducts put in upstairs rooms too. Very pleased with everything: communication, product, installation, additional options offered, etc! Great company!

They got us a whole new system (our old system was so old that the refrigerant was obsolete) installed and got us hooked up with the latest technology to keep our house cool and efficient. from start to finish the team handled everything perfect. our heat pump was on it's last leg so we called Garner who installed the unit to request about getting a new one. Doug came out and went over our options and we did the deal. at the appointed time the "A" team, which consisted of Ryan,Alvin & Ethan came out to the house. We decided it was time to replace our HVAC system and called Garner Heating and AC. Doug came by and assessed our system and laid down our options. Ryan and Alvin were the installers and they did a fantastic job. Ryan explained the control pad in way that was very understandable. While in our attic sealing the vents, he noticed our water heater flew was not hooked up correctly and he repaired it while he was there. Max came out to confirm that leak detected in April was in fact still present. It was. Provided a prompt quote on two different systems. I chose the Carrier Greenspeed. Within a week, Ryan and his team had installed my new system. They worked all day to install the system in a tight space and improve accessibility for future access. I was pleased with the work Zach did recently. He arrived on time and was professional. He was thorough in completing the job and even vacuumed the floor to leave the area clean and free of debris. I decided at that time to continue with their maintenance agreement as it proved very beneficial.
