Garner Heating & Air, Inc. just saved our bacon. Ryan was prompt, professional, and above all successful at resurrecting our HVAC. On a Friday evening no less. Could not recommend them higher!
Doug came out and researched to find we needed to replace both units. Gave me a price on the spot and set up the installation as we were out. He also offered window units temporarily. Then Ryan and his crew showed up on time, let us know the plan, and followed it. We were back in a/c on time. Great job. Then Doug came back to reinspect the job and discuss the system. Have been using them for repairs, but this was the first time for actual replacement. Great job , again.
The gentlemen did a great job. They were efficient and polite. Though replacing the unit was expensive, I know that, in the end, they saved me money.
