Neil came out very quickly to give an estimate and the lads were on site within a couple of weeks. He gave us good advice on what we might want, then the lads just cracked on. We had Neil & his brother back the following weekend to powerhouse the drive and patio then rake out & repoint the old paving
Left with an uneven block paved driveway with cracked bricks and no edge restraint leaving gaps all over the drive within 6 months. Multiple attempts to get this company to return to fix issues ignored and left to sort issues myself. No aftercare and poor workmanship. Avoid paying in full until 100% satisfied as they will not return when asked to do so.
Although a good portion of the work was completed to a good standard. A floor panel was installed not level (trip hazard), some of the fence panels were not screwed in at all, and when cutting the fence panels they did not account for the slope in the wall and insisted on slapping a horizontal plank across the gap below the fence.
