Service Rep was very helpful and helped me choose type of service I needed and accepted my coupons. Upon completion I was given a detailed report of the service. This helps me monitor how my car is aging and what future repairs are to be expected.

Service rep was good at explaining what service and repairs were to be performed as well as final costs. Facility was clean. Wait time was good. Service shuttle was offered for free but arrival time was way off. Was told 8:30am departure and by 9am, and being told 3 times that “it will be 2 more minutes” I finally called and paid for my own Uber.
