1) Standard wait time for a task is always 2 hr. Without any evaluation of the task. 2) No plan to check for needed parts for repair before customer bring the car in. I got a new car with some simple plastic broken part, I described the part, the phone lady asked to bring the car in. 2 hr. Later the service person informed me that they didn’t have the part.
