Great customer service! !! Gerardo was amazing!!!! Really patient with me and so helpful??? As a first time buyer he really made me feel very comfortable made this whole experience great!!!
It was like any other service center but Alexis got the wrong number so I waited 2 extra hours which had me mad(rightfully) He called and apologized so I give him credit for that but he also said "how would you like it if I went to your place of business and gave you a bad review" I'm a trucker Out on the road my home time(34hrs) is important but I did a favor for my wife and it blatantly "bit me in the xxx" as my time was wasted. As I write this I feel like I'd get "reached out" again. Don't please I would appreciate it
