Everyone was really nice. Christian was my salesperson, he was nice, it was low pressure environment. Robert and the other finance guy were great. So was Bryan who finalized everything.

When I initially arrived at Gardena Honda, I was optimistic and was certain that I would be doing business with a local dealership. Tyler, one of the salesmen, felt transparent and honest and definitely gives you a feeling like he’s fighting for the best deal for you. However, once negotiations began, attitudes shifted towards the worst amongst one financial representative in particular: Bryan Banquels. Overall, it's good. The waiting room updates and not using Uber to shuttle customers. Not good, finding out part of the service recommendation was in error. wasn't an accurate.

I was preyed on and was sold a brand new lemon it's clear new management did nothing better for gardena honda.
