Typical dealership and sales managers. It's always an haggle to say the least. Be prepared to argue and get ganged up on. The price always changes... They don't care about the customers, just like the rest of the dealerships. It's never an enjoyable experience. Glad we don't buy cars very often, but do your research and prepare for a headache.

I was very pleased with the level of service provided at Gardena Honda. My technician was efficient and informative. He was friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. The waiting room was very clean, as was the ladies restroom.
