I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30pm and came in 5 minutes earlier. I was checked in quickly by Chris. He was very nice but it took more than 3 hours to get a simple oil change done. Very frustrating!

Why make an appointment when you have to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. The dealer knew I was waiting too. My work day was messed up after that because of the time
