David was the absolute best. He took good care of me and my family. Also, helped me get the car of my liking
Too many different instructions from employees as to what maintenance is due and when. 35 minutes from our home and difficult to wait for maintenance to be completed. When we initially signed paperwork for our lease we were encouraged to purchase an extra maintenance contract with the promise of a loaner car during maintenance That has been reneged on! Very disappointed with the “rush ‘em in and out” routine with no one taking the time to answer a question about our car.
Service is good ,,, service advisor is good to entertain client ,,, happy while they doing my maintenance because of the service
