Good overall service but would just like to see a bit more urgency from the staff as they need to remember that people are usually busy and need to get in and out asap

They overbook maintenance service so my waiting time is too long. It makes me question using them in the future

I had to pay $95 in Uber fees because the staff did not offer a ride to my job. I was told on September 20, 2024 that since I should have been offered a Lyft at Honda's expense, I would receive a $95 reimbursement check. When it didn't arrive, I followed-up and was told the managers were on vacation so the check could not be signed until one of them returned.
