Ana was awesome, provided excellent customer service. Had to take car back to dealership due to scraping sound. It was immediately resolved.

The transmission on my 2015 crv with 56k miles failed. The dealership was very unhelpful: first they missed diagnosed the problem and charged me 500 buck to replace a hose that didn’t need replacing. Secondly once they finally told me it was the transmission they wanted 9k dollars.. for a car with 56k miles.. terrible

Excellent dealership that we have been going to for many years. We bought a new 2014 Pilot and 2 new CRVs (2014 and 2022) from them and have consistently received excellent service. Arturo Jaragei is the best in the Service Department

It has been the best experience I’ve had with a Honda dealership, ever. I could not afford an entire diagnostic, but I knew the specific possibilities of the issue I was experiencing my fans were not working. I also had an oil change done. I knew it wasn’t the AC because the compressor, clutch, seals, and condenser were replaced as a result of recalls on the system. Though my Civic Sport is a 2019, I have over 200,000 miles!
