Very unpleasant experience we had with the financial manager…otherwise the salesman was pleasant enough… that we finally bought the CRV at sticker price. The financial manager was very rude… abrupt… unprofessional… does not care to accommodate our request and keep on insisting the additional cost of the add ons that we didn’t like. We finally agreed on the sticker price and when signing the paper work… we can feel his displeasure that he didn’t get what he wanted.
