They didn't have the recall part after I had called to see if part was in and made the appointment. No one called me letting me know the part was in after it was ordered during my last service appointment. Art Jauregui who I dealt with, during this visit, was very professional and apologetic about the part not being there. He was not the problem.

Said I needed a new tire that the slow leak was too close to the tire wall to fix. That there was a small hole (no indication of a nail). A reputable tire shop found the nail causing it and patched it with no issue. Very disappointing. Will only come here for warranty covered stuff. My brother also changed my engine air filter and found a towel where the filter goes. No one but Gardena Honda has touched my car prior to this.
