When waiting for your vehicle, you should not have to put cold water in a microwave for hot waster (tea). Not everyone drink coffee.

Misled about pricing , giving proper price at different Honda . Was not contacted when car was finished with maintenance . 2nd time in a row car was finished but not contacted . Kept vehicle for over 5 hours .
