I did not wait for a long time it only lasted a little over an hour and they don’t force you to have any maintenance except for the one you ordered but they recommend some maintenance that’s needed in your car

Even though the dealership’ was extremely busy when I dropped my car off for service, my service person who checked my vehicle in for the Recall repair was very courteous and ordered a Lyft driver to pick me up and take me home.

Took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and got matched with Alexis Q. Beyond his great communication skills and friendliness, he was knowledgeable and let me know of a recall for my car that he was able to schedule for the same day. He provided updates on the status of the car and was really easy to work with. In the future, if I take my car to Gardena Honda, I would definitely request Alexis to be my service advisor!
