I made an inquiry online late at night and Jacoub called me first thing in the morning. He was patient and made buying a car an easy process; something that’s normally a dreadful, all day process. Happy that he was quick to follow up and got me out the dore quickly.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30pm and came in 5 minutes earlier. I was checked in quickly by Chris. He was very nice but it took more than 3 hours to get a simple oil change done. Very frustrating!
