Both Will and Arturo kept me informed about the expected completion of the factory recall repair service I’d requested. They let me know that it would take a little longer than expected which was fine; only about another 45 minutes.

Overall most staff was friendly and caring. However i had a bad experience when picking up my car. 1st i was charged and brought the wrong car. When i stated that wasnt my car my paper work could be found and was charged even more. The mechanic seemed careless about his mistake. 2 hours after i finally had my car i get a call saying my car is ready for pick up. This makes me wonder if the service was actually done to my car and not the one they tried to give me.
