Be careful - Sarah and Mark Harrison operate two businesses: "Garden Tidy by Sarah" and "Garden Rejuvenation". Sarah and Mark did some work for me in early 2024, which I paid for in advance, but was not completed. I was ghosted for months until repeated threats of Court Action finally produced a refund. Do not pay in advance.
Poor communication, felt my understanding, kindness and patience towards matters was taken advantage of and received substandard service. Such a shame. Two stars because they did initially turn up and try to make amends but the job was abandoned. ultimately I would avoid.
Sarah and Mark are true professionals and their passion for their trade is evident from the moment you meet them. They went the extra mile to guide us through the design of our new garden and executed it perfectly. The final product has exceeded our expectations! Would recommend them 100%
I found Sarah and her husband to be so very kind and helpful. They helped me deal with some problems caused by the storm. Mark came back to me the same day despite being very busy. I highly recommend such a wonderful company and will definitely return to them should I need to.
My garden was overgrown and tatty and I didn’t know where to start or how to prune any of my plants. Sarah and Mark were great to deal with, friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions of what needed doing. The two guys who came to do the work were great too, professional, friendly and hardworking . Will definitely be back in touch when I need more help with my garden and would 100% recommend.
